Dawn's story is tragic but also leaves attendees with a lesson to be learned. We hired Dawn to speak for the North Dakota Safety Council's Annual Safety & Health Conference. Dawn was professional and easy to work with, but more importantly, her presentation really struck home with the attendees. You could have heard a pin drop while she was speaking.

We invited Dawn to share her "If Only" message with all of our teams at American Crystal Sugar Company. Dawn made 8 presentations to over 1600 people. The silence in the room, when hearing about her husband’s "If Only" decision was deafening. Her delivery of a very difficult message was poignant, impactful, and very real. She is able to connect with everyone, whether you work in a factory, agriculture, or in an office setting. Dawn challenges all of us to take time to think about our actions and how our decisions not only have consequences for us, but for our co-workers, families, and communities. We were privileged to hear Dawn Chisholm’s presentation during our company-wide Global EHS Week, and it was the perfect way to wrap up a week dedicated to health and safety.
